The 12th annual Abakosem Sunsum will take place on May 2, 2015 at 12:30 p.m. The gathering will honor and raise up the spirit of Afrikan warrior scholar, Nana John Henrik Clarke and the warrior African ancestors. Honor to his name. Jete dlo, jete dlo, jete dlo. – pour libation. Rise.

20W exit 44 Thornton Rd. turn South and go 1/4 miles. Turn right on Blairs Bridge Road. After 2 miles, turn left on Mt. Vernon Rd. turn left on Factory Shoals Rd. less than a quarter mile south of Cedar Terrace Rd. follow signs to Group Shelter.
