Èzili Dantò’s Advice to the Trumpers:
The Country White Guy versus the Duopoly White Guy
Tale of two white guys – Both lost in the American exceptionalism myth but for different reasons
The US misleadership did not prepare the public for a Trump win.
The Liberal/Neocon white guy is scared and resentful. The country white guy is celebrating. Neither wants to talk to the other.
I take a moment to let you see them both in their naval gazing glory. We shall look at two articles that exemplify what I am talking about. “Deplorable Americans Decided to Drain the Swamp” by Todd Starnes and the pompous, Leftist propaganda piece, “Trump voters will not like what happens next” by Garrison Keillor published in the Washington Post.
Neither of the white guys writing these articles live in our world of the bipartisan US Liberal and Neocon profit-over-people warmongering for resources and domination. But this Vodouist child of rural Haiti parents actually feels more sympathy for the obtuse country white guy in the Starnes article; the ones Hillary Clinton labeled the deplorable, irredeemable ones. That cowboy is made to feel shame for his gun, religion and open use of white privilege by a Duopoly that has a Kill List, uses religion and white supremacy to maintain permanent wars in the Middle East and across the planet.
Being an outsider, in more ways than one, I live in that irredeemable space for different reasons but to serve the same ultimate global capitalist predatory purposes.
We are the constantly underestimated ones, the vilified and defamed ones, so we overstand Clinton’s deplorables and their neoliberalism pains, well. We also understand that historically, the rural white guy, openly uses his white privilege status and identity to obfuscate the fact that the educated “yoga practitioners, Unitarians, bird-watchers, people who make their own pasta, opera-goers, the grammar police” – as Garrison Keiler, the Liberal (Neocon) white guy describes himself – uses the sons and daughters of the country white guy as cannon fodder in the US military and police departments to carry out the Liberal and Neocon white supremacist agenda.
It seems to me there is a historic opportunity here for thinking Blacks in the US to discuss our common ground with the country white guy and built on this coalition with him against the US Liberal/Neocon warmonger making policies that destroy his community, the planet and especially the Black women’s children everywhere. The Trump victory makes clear that the country white guy doesn’t want to trade his life in Liberal-Neocon wars in exchange for white privilege and no economic privileges.
The two articles show why, in this pivotal time, Black folks must organize, get their own guns, leave the Liberal/Neocon white guy the hell alone with his delusions and depravities he calls “civilization” and see if we could find some common ground of separation and economic wealth for our community like the country white guy wants for his community. The country white guy, as personified in Todd Starnes article, is not the one who created the Neocon-Liberal Donald Trump character. But he uses him now, as we have, to speak truth to power.
Unfortunately, I am going to hurt your psyche with the thinking of the Liberal white guy who doesn’t see himself as on the same Neocon coin but on the opposite side of the “uneducated” country white guy! Read them carefully folks and let me know your thoughts. This is really interesting voyeuristic stuff.
Finally, I must warn the outsider white guys, the Trumpers, the country white guys, as an expert in such things, about what the Liberal/Neocon white guys and their Black ghouls do to popularly elected presidents across the planet that the elitist status quo establishment didn’t want to win a democratic election. Beloved, listen carefully.
Corporate America may do to a Trump Administration what is done in Haiti and the global South to eat away at his popularity: raise the price of fuel to $6 dollars per gallon, raise food prices, interest rates, squeeze the people by defaulting them on their credit lines or not extending credit at all, fuel existing discontent, to name a few Neocon/Liberal (or neoliberal) fascist tricks we are familiar with in Haiti. They’ll then blame it on a Trump “dictatorship” as they do everywhere when their status quo, warmongering, Liberalism candidate doesn’t win.
The US citizenry must understand this and not let the corporate elite undermine their vote. Reign in the extremist in your community country white guy; do not lynch any Black people to give the Liberal-Neocon guy a reason to sic his militarized police on you. You must be smart and play them the way you ignored their polls, pundits and the mainstream media’s negative predictions about a Trump victory and went out and voted for the non-establishment candidate to make history, school the Duopoly.
Fascism is not the discarded country white guy on Duck Dynasty with a devastated rural economy. Fascism is how Hillary Clinton helped doctor up the 2011 elections in Haiti but wished she had also rigged the 2006 Palestinian elections. When Clinton was New York Senator, she told the Jewish Press several months after the 2006 Palestinian elections: “I do not think we should have pushed for an election in the Palestinian territories. I think that was a big mistake…And if we were going to push for an election, then we should have made sure that we did something to determine who was going to win.” (Listen to the Liberal-Neocon Clinton, here.)
So, the Liberal white guy ignores the fact that he is the (Bipartisan Liberal-Neocon) society which created Donald Trump and looks down at the use of his own creation by the smart country guy. His narcissism is Paul Farmer extreme and he may fuel and feed the discontent of the Clinton voters with hateful, egotistical, self-aggrandizing articles like the one copied here and then bring in militarized police to shoot the unarmed if they protest. The violence he manufactures and orchestrates will be blamed on Trump. They did this to president Jean Bertrand Aristide in Haiti.
We’ve seen it done in Egypt, Honduras, Venezuela, all over Africa. I want you to keep in mind, country/outsider white guy, to remember how the Clintonians sent in brawlers to attack people at Trump rallies and blame it on “racist Trumpers” for the cameras. The danger is clear but fear and foul over-reaction is a choice. Black people are not your enemies. The best option is to built on this outsider coalition with you to take down the insider warmongering Liberal-Neocon establishment that vies for the soul of Black folks and the Duck Dynasty, Infowars, Drudge Report diverse white folks.
The traditional Black misleadership are useless and won’t dump the Democrats.
But thinking Black people are working on finding a viable alternative to live in peace and prosperity in the US.
Listen to me and try not to give the Duopoly and discredited mainstream media the evidence for them to use to show new Trump racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, Islamophobia to impugn onto a President Trump administration. If you overcome that reputation and billing, the world will root for you.
Give the Millenials a break, they were mostly misled by their elders and unprepared for the shock of a Trump election. Educate them about why Trump was the lesser evil. Let’s manage our differences and look outwards together as we did on November 8, 2016?
You and I, country white guy, we have gross differences. You think your “long national nightmare is over and the Republic has been saved” because Donald Trump won. I find that so innocent. For, the Americas was never “great” for the non-white masses. So my “great America” has yet to come. But I don’t want to overwhelm you with my troubles and your complicity in them. I am sticking here to our common interests.
Remember both of our ambitions for each of our communities will depend on President Trump choosing good advisors, defusing the legitimate fears of Black males, hurt by Bush/Bill Clinton/Rudy Giuliani-type racial profiling beginning in the 1990s to today. Not all Black Lives Matter people understand the Georges Soros factor. The suffering and unequal treatment of Black families by US police is a historical fact and legitimate.
I know I reach high. But if a scared and suffering Haitian woman can take time to look at your suffering, you should listen.
Experience reveals that Donald Trump is part of the oligarchy and will sell both of our communities out. It’s up to us to assure his vote is not diluted by the status quo that didn’t want him elected. The Liberal/Neocon guy described in the Garrison Keillor article will win if President Donald Trump doesn’t choose good advisors, non-traditional ones, even some of the regular people with grit who took the vilification and voted for him anyway.

Trump voters will not like what happens next
Source: Washington Post
Garrison Keillor is an author and radio personality.
So he won. The nation takes a deep breath. Raw ego and proud illiteracy have won out, and a severely learning-disabled man with a real character problem will be president. We are so exhausted from thinking about this election, millions of people will take up leaf-raking and garage cleaning with intense pleasure. We liberal elitists are wrecks. The Trumpers had a whale of a good time, waving their signs, jeering at the media, beating up protesters, chanting “Lock her up” — we elitists just stood and clapped. Nobody chanted “Stronger Together.” It just doesn’t chant.
Trumpers never expected their guy to actually win the thing, and that’s their problem now. They wanted only to whoop and yell, boo at the H-word, wear profane T-shirts, maybe grab a crotch or two, jump in the RV with a couple of six-packs and go out and shoot some spotted owls. It was pleasure enough for them just to know that they were driving us wild with dismay — by “us,” I mean librarians, children’s authors, yoga practitioners, Unitarians, bird-watchers, people who make their own pasta, opera-goers, the grammar police, people who keep books on their shelves, that bunch. The Trumpers exulted in knowing we were tearing our hair out. They had our number, like a bratty kid who knows exactly how to make you grit your teeth and froth at the mouth.
Alas for the Trump voters, the disasters he will bring on this country will fall more heavily on them than anyone else. The uneducated white males who elected him are the vulnerable ones, and they will not like what happens next.
To all the patronizing B.S. we’ve read about Trump expressing the white working-class’s displacement and loss of the American Dream, I say, “Feh!” — go put your head under cold water. Resentment is no excuse for bald-faced stupidity. America is still the land where the waitress’s kids can grow up to become physicists and novelists and pediatricians, but it helps a lot if the waitress and her husband encourage good habits and the ambition to use your God-given talents and the kids aren’t plugged into electronics day and night. Whooping it up for the candidate of cruelty and ignorance does less than nothing for your kids.
We liberal elitists are now completely in the clear. The government is in Republican hands. Let them deal with him. Democrats can spend four years raising heirloom tomatoes, meditating, reading Jane Austen, traveling around the country, tasting artisan beers, and let the Republicans build the wall and carry on the trade war with China and deport the undocumented and deal with opioids, and we Democrats can go for a long , brisk walk and smell the roses.
I like Republicans. I used to spend Sunday afternoons with a bunch of them, drinking Scotch and soda and trying to care about NFL football. It was fun. I tried to think like them. (Life is what you make it. People are people. When the going gets tough, tough noogies.) But I came back to liberal elitism. Don’t be cruel. Elvis said it, and it’s true. We all experienced cruelty back in our playground days — boys who beat up on the timid, girls who made fun of the homely and naive — and most of us, to our shame, went along with it, afraid to defend the victims lest we become one of them. But by your 20s, you should be done with cruelty. Mr. Trump was the cruelest candidate since George Wallace. How he won on fear and bile is for political pathologists to study. The country is already tired of his noise, even his own voters. He is likely to become the most intensely disliked president since Herbert Hoover. His children will carry the burden of his name. He will never be happy in his own skin. But the damage he will do to our country — who knows? His supporters voted for change, and boy, are they going to get it.
Back to real life. I went up to my home town the other day and ran into my gym teacher, Stan Nelson, looking good at 96. He commanded a landing craft at Normandy on June 6, 1944, and never said a word about it back then, just made us do chin-ups whether we wanted to or not. I saw my biology teacher Lyle Bradley, a Marine pilot in the Korean War, still going bird-watching in his 90s. I was not a good student then, but I am studying both of them now. They have seen it all and are still optimistic. The past year of politics has taught us absolutely nothing. Zilch. Zero. Nada. The future is scary. Let the uneducated have their day. I am now going to pay more attention to teachers.

Deplorable Americans Decided to Drain the Swamp
by Todd Starnes
Our long national nightmare is over and the Republic has been saved.
I’m originally from the Deep South. My father, who passed away in 2006, was a blue-collar worker. We lived paycheck-to-paycheck. We went to church on Sunday. We lived a quiet life – just like many families in so-called “Fly-Over Country.”
My father was a member of the Silent Majority and had he been alive he would’ve cast his vote for Donald J. Trump.
I’ve lived in New York City for more than a decade now – and I’ve seen firsthand the contempt for country folks like my father – people from Rural America. As I wrote in my book, “God Less America,” I feel like a Duck Dynasty guy living in a Miley Cyrus world – where right is wrong, wrong is right – it’s as if our values have been turned upside down.
President Obama called us bitter. He said we were the kinds of people who cling to guns and religion.
Time and time again he stood on foreign soil and apologized for our nation. And to this day it remains unclear whether he believes the United States is the most exceptional nation on Earth. Hillary Clinton called us deplorable – irredeemable.
“To just be grossly generalistic, you can put half of Trump supporters into what I call the ‘basket of deplorables. Right? Racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic, you name it.”
The only thing deplorable was Hillary Clinton’s basket of grossly generalistic comments.
“And unfortunately, there are people like that and he has lifted them up,” she went on to say. “He has given voice to their websites that used to only have 11,000 people, now have 11 million. He tweets and retweets offensive, hateful, mean-spirited rhetoric.” Her campaign portrayed Conservative Catholicism as a “bastardization of the faith” and seemed to imply that Evangelicals are a bunch of impoverished country bumpkins.
We were mocked by Hollywood and dismissed by Academics. We were marginalized by the media – bullied and belittled by sex and gender revolutionaries.
But all that changed on Election Day – when Donald Trump became a champion for the Silent Majority. He gave us a voice.
And now the Silent Majority is silent no more. We the People have decided that it’s time to drain the swamp.
It’s time to restore traditional values. It’s time to protect the Constitution. It’s time to defend our sovereignty. It’s time to save unborn babies.
It’s time to stand up for the American working man and bring jobs back from China and Mexico. It’s time to eradicate the scourge of Obamacare.
And it’s time to hire the bricklayers so they can start building that giant wall.
The Deplorable Americans have spoken – and on the eight day of November in the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen – we have decided to Make America Great Again.
